Cedrus deodara Pendula

Height: 0,4–0,6 m

The weeping Himalayan cedar is an evergreen that usually grows to a height of 3-4 meters. It grows at a moderate rate and has bright green needles that are sparse when young and become denser later. Its branches hang in an arch, and the bright green needles are arranged in clusters. It likes a warm, sunny spot and well-structured, nutrient-rich, neutral or acidic soil. It is drought tolerant but appreciates regular watering. With its distinctive, exotic appearance, it lends a Mediterranean atmosphere to the garden. Plant it as a specimen plant.
